4 juices daily, 1 juice every 3-4 hours. Our juices provide you with all the important nutrients and replace your solid food for the day. Drink plenty of water, pure or with Himalayan salt and unsweetened tea. If you crave something warm, drink a vegetable or bone broth. YOU are priority! Treat yourself to the Cleansing Face Mask for the outer glow.

Enjoy hot vegan soups before and after your juice cleanse for low digestion efforts.
INGREDIENTS
- 15mL extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 400mL can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1,5L low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 350g savoy cabbage or baby spinach
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pot, warm olive oil on medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic until translucent. Add in the celery and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the bay leaf and spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne).
- Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, and sweet potato.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 25 minutes, until the potato is tender.
- Stir in cabbage or spinach for 4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
INGREDIENTS
- 15mL extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g cauliflower florets
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 330g de-stemmed chopped kale
- 700mL low-sodium vegetable broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pot, warm olive oil on medium-low heat.
- Add onion and garlic in the oil until translucent.
- Add the cauliflower, carrot, kale, and potato, stir together, and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 25 minutes, until the cauliflower and potato are tender.
- Transfer everything to a blender, squeeze in the lemon juice, and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
