About Skin Glow
New skin care products take a while to work (for their active ingredients to develop their effect on the skin) - hence it's important to develop a regular skin care routine to make sure the skin gets enough supply of the active ingredients over an adequate period of time.
The usual time frame after which first results become visible is usually 4-6 weeks.
The best way to get active ingredients to the relevant skin layers is by setting a morning & evening routine in which you clean and tone your skin (A. Cleansing: remove dead skin, access fat, to make sure no fat, particles, and make-up are blocking your pores B. Toner: Hydrates and preps skin for better absorption of moisturizer by neutralizing the pH) and then apply serums and creams.
Nothing is wrong with your skin per se, it just looks tired and is lacking the fresh glow.
What you need is a consistent DALUMA "Glow-Care Routine"over 4-6 weeks in order to restore your skin's hydration levels and fill up the reservoirs.
Your focus should be to establish a strict skin care routine 2x /day in combination with a lifestyle routine consisitng of antioxidant-rich foods and juices, workouts and circulation-enhacing routines.

FACE
Clean your skin daily, especially in the evening. In the morning it may be enough to use a sponge/cloth and warm water before going through your skin care routine. In the evening, use a cleanser to remove the pollutants of the day and make-up. For sensitive skin it's better to use pH skin neutral and perfume free cleansers (check products, this information should be indicated). For dry skin use an oil-based cleanser, for normal/oily skin use a water based cleanser.
Normal skin: In order to not dry out your skin, use the Green Coffee Enzyme Cleanser maximum 3 times per week.
Oily skin can use the enzyme cleanser up to 1x/day (depending on personal skin condition and feeling).
A toner serves to neutralize the pH of the skin after cleansing and before applying serums and moisturizers.
Mask should always be used after cleansing/ enzyme cleansing (peeling) to achieve maximum effect. Use 2x, maximum 3x a week to boost your skin with some extra hylauronic acid and fill up your hydration reservoires.
Mask should always be used after cleansing/ enzyme cleansing (peeling) to achieve maximum effect. 1 x per week select a day for detoxing/cleansing your skin in order to remove all the toxins. Afterwards follow your usual skin care routine.
In week 1 slowly introduce the Cellular Resurgence Serum with one use (evening) after cleaning the skin and before moisturizing. Then from week 2, use 2x a day (morning & evening) if tolerated well in week 1.
The moisturizer is the second last step of the skin care routine in the morning and at night. Apply after you put the serum and wait a few minutes before applying the moisturizer to allow the serum to fully sink into your skin.
Daily application, last step of the morning skin care routine and before leaving the house.

Nutrition & Gut Health
A daily intake of supplements (supplement routine) will help you to reach and maintain the right level of vitamin support from "within" in addition to your topical skin care routine.
SUPPLEMENTATION
2 - 4 capsules of 360° /day. The right type and amount of vitamins in your diet are crucial for your health and your skin. Hence a balanced diet is essential, but living in Northern Europe and the exposure to every day stress make it difficult to take in all that is needed through food.
1 capsule of Biotic 20/5 Billion /day. The role of the microbiome in human aging is important: the microbiome directly impacts aging through the gastrointestinal system. However, the microbial impact on skin has yet to be fully understood. For example, the cellular aging process in the skin has been recently associated with microbial imbalance. Gut and digestive problems can directly reflect on your skin and cause breakouts, even acne, rashes and else. Maintaining a healthy gut routine is essential for a glowy and healthy skin.
Boost your skin with the ultimate skin-care shot full of Vitamin A (an antioxidant that directly supports normal skin function with anti-inflammatory functions). Collagen and Aloe Vera are used for thousands of years as medical treatment and contain a multitude of Vitamins (Bs, A, C, E, other) that help to support and repair the skin and act anti-inflammatory.
DIET
Antioxidants may help fight free radicals by affecting intracellular signaling pathways involved in skin damage and protecting against photodamage, as well as preventing wrinkles and inflammation.
