Eating only juices instead of solid food during Detox Day is a kind of reset for body and mind. At the same time, the day can be a step towards a holistic lifestyle. Instead of empty calories, saturated fatty acids, too much industrial sugar or stimulants such as alcohol, coffee and nicotine, the juices provide your body with vitamins and minerals which, among other things, provide natural energy.

All juices in the Detox Day package are gluten- and lactose-free. They are completely vegan and consist exclusively of organic fruit and vegetables.

If you cannot tolerate a juice or do not like certain types of fruit or vegetables, you can put together your own individual juice package HERE.

Our juices are completely raw and you can enjoy them chilled within a few weeks thanks to the innovative shelf life process, HPP. The individual best-before date is laser-printed on each bottle.

You should also make sure you get enough sleep in your everyday life and avoid making a habit of all-nighters and long party nights.
