Download the DALUMA app and start your juice cleanse 1 day in advance. You will now receive all the important information and daily reminders as well as tips and tricks about the cleanse. Eat your last meal at 6 pm the day before the juice cleanse and drink a Burning Man Shot. You can find out what happens to your body during the juice cleanse, what benefits it brings and how you can best master it in our IGTV.
During the juice cleanse
4 juices a day, 1 juice every 3-4 hours. Our juices provide you with all the important nutrients and replace your solid food for the day. Drink plenty of water, pure or with Himalayan salt and unsweetened tea. If you crave something warming, drink a vegetable or bone broth. YOU are the priority! Treat yourself to the Cleansing and Hydrating Face Mask for an outer glow. Don't exercise too intensively!
After the juice cleanse
