What is the best time for a juice cleanse?
There is no general answer as to when exactly the right time is for you. To get the most out of the juice cleanse and allow your body to regenerate as much as possible, you should plan and allow enough time and mental capacity for the 3 phases of the juice cleanse: 1st "relief phase", 2nd "fasting phase", 3rd "breaking the fast".
Relief phase:
You completely abstain from solid food during the juice diet. If you switch too abruptly from high-calorie, fatty meals to exclusively raw fruit and vegetable juices from one day to the next, this is a strong shock to the body and stomach and often leads to the so-called "fasting hangover". We therefore recommend that you adapt your diet and habits to the new routine during the juice cleanse as far as possible a few days before the juice cleanse and slowly introduce your body to the fasting days. These tips will make the transition easier for you.
Fasting phase:
Although your body saves a lot of energy during the fasting days, which it normally has to use for digestion, it lacks certain energy that it would otherwise get from solid food. Try to minimize stress as much as possible during the fasting period so that your body can concentrate fully on your regeneration and you come out of the juice cleanse full of energy. This also serves as a great start for long-term routines after the juice cleanse that bring you some peace and quiet in your stressful everyday life - meditation, reading, listening to podcasts, going for a walk or taking enough time for your daily skincare routine are a few good examples of this.

You may feel hungry and be tempted to break your fast earlier. In this case, it is helpful to link the juice cleanse to an occasion that motivates you in particular and reminds you of your "why" again and again during the juice cleanse. The juices in your juice cleanse:
All juices are gluten- and lactose-free. They are completely vegan and consist exclusively of organic fruit and vegetables.
The juices are completely raw and you can enjoy them chilled within a few weeks thanks to the innovative shelf life process, HPP. The individual best-before date is laser-printed on each bottle. Keep them refrigerated to ensure a longer shelf life.

How is the juice cleanse delivered?
We want to make sure that the cold-pressed juices arrive fresh and cool. That's why we send your juice cleanse by express overnight and refrigerated.
To protect the environment, we do not use plastic in our shipping boxes. Both the box itself and the insulation, which keeps the inside cool for longer, are made of recyclable cardboard.

Remember: Your body lacks solid food and therefore has less energy. This can cause you to feel tired and not as efficient as usual at the beginning of the juice fast. It is therefore important that you take special care of yourself during this intensive phase: rest and recharge your batteries with breathwork & meditation, yoga and walks in the fresh air.
Avoiding solid food allows your body to regenerate. After the initial transition phase from solid to liquid food, you will soon notice that your energy levels are noticeably higher and more stable than before. By reducing sugar during the juice diet, you keep your insulin levels constant, which leads to a balanced energy level and can prevent so-called "afternoon energy drops". As fasting also increases the release of the happiness hormone serotonin, your mood will also improve noticeably over the course of the fast.
One more word about weight loss: The reason for your juice fast should not be to lose weight. The overall goal of the juice fast is physical and mental regeneration and to kick-start a healthier diet in the long term. You will experience weight loss through water loss as a"side effect" of the juice fast.
