Yes, the minimum term of PRO Membership is 6 months.

How can I book the free monthly consultation?

After registering for PRO Membership, you can easily book a 15-minute consultation with a health expert via your membership page in your account.

How long is the notice period for PRO Membership?

After the minimum term of 6 months, PRO Membership can be terminated at any time on a monthly basis.

Can I pause my membership?

There is currently no pause option for the PRO Membership. However, you can cancel it after the minimum term and join again later.

How does the discount for PRO members work?

The discount will be applied automatically at checkout if you are logged in as a PRO member. Non-Pro members cannot use this discount.

Do I get special offers or events as a PRO member?

Yes, PRO members have access to exclusive events and receive early information about new products and special promotions.

Can I combine PRO Membership with other discounts?

What happens if I miss my consultation?

If you miss your consultation, you can rebook it for the next month. There are no refunds or transfers to other months.
